What Brought Us Back
After leaving the farm in 2006 to run a steel company, their families continued to cook three meals a day for the work crews. It was easy to see the difference this food made.
Built Around Actual Silos
They didn't retrofit an old space — they built Silver Silo from the ground up around real grain silos, a nod to the land they never forgot.

Farm kids don't do things halfway. We use 100% fresh-ground whole wheat, unrefined sugar, and locally roasted coffee. Our food is made fresh daily using whole food ingredients, no mixes ever
